Fixed award chart replaced by dynamic pricing

IHG began rolling out dynamic award pricing (initially in Greater China, then globally) in spring 2020, eliminating the published category chart that had ranged from 10,000 to 70,000 points. Award prices began fluctuating with demand and cash rates, removing fixed predictability.
