The Application Rules Record
The rules of the game, documented.
5/24. Once per lifetime. 48-month clocks. The unwritten rules that decide whether your application even has a chance — documented here with dates and sources every time they change. Devaluations tell you when points sink, offers tell you when to strike; this record tells you whether you're allowed to.

Questions
What is the Application Rules Record?
A dated, sourced record of credit card issuers' application rules — 5/24, once-per-lifetime, 48-month clocks, velocity limits — documenting every change we can confirm, per issuer, with sources.
Are these rules official?
Mostly not — application rules are largely unwritten issuer policy. What we record are documented confirmations: dated reports, issuer language when it appears, and sourced coverage. Exceptions exist and enforcement varies.
How current is the record?
Every rule shows a status — Active, Relaxed, or Retired — as of its last documented confirmation, with that date on the badge. Statuses are never a claim about live issuer policy; always verify before applying.

issuers on the record
Application rules are unwritten policy: issuers change and enforce them without notice, and exceptions exist. Statuses reflect our last documented confirmation — dated on every rule — not live issuer policy. Informational record, not financial or legal advice.
