Partner award prices rise again, months after the prior increase

In early February 2025 (date approximate; documented February 9), Avianca LifeMiles raised partner award pricing without notice, its second increase in about six months. Most one-way transatlantic business class awards rose from 70,000 to 80,000 miles, after having increased from 63,000 to 70,000 in the August 2024 round. Short transatlantic routes that had temporarily dropped to 45,000 miles were realigned to the standard 80,000-mile price. LifeMiles receives 1:1 transfers from American Express, Citi, and Capital One.
