Advance reservations eliminated at Phoenix Sapphire Lounge; walk-up only from September 1

Without an announcement, Chase removed the advance-reservation feature at the Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor — the only location in its network that offered reservations. Chase's lounge page states August 24, 2026 was the last day to book; existing reservations are honored through August 31, and from September 1 the lounge is walk-up only. Chase confirmed the sunset to Thrifty Traveler. The removal follows the August 15 elimination of Priority Pass access across Sapphire Lounges, and coincides with the Phoenix location's expansion, due to finish by end of summer. Access rules themselves are unchanged for Sapphire Reserve, Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and Ritz-Carlton cardholders.

What to do: Reservations already booked work through August 31; after that, arrive with margin — entry stays limited to within three hours of a nonstop departure.
