SkyMiles earning rates improved on three Latin American partner airlines

Effective September 10, 2026, Delta increased SkyMiles earning rates on eligible flights with Aerolíneas Argentinas, Aeromexico, and LATAM. Aerolíneas Argentinas business fares rose from 100% to 125% of distance flown, while several economy and premium-economy classes also increased. Aeromexico switched from ticket-price-based earning to distance-based earning, with business fares earning up to 200% of distance flown. On LATAM, D, I, and Z business fares increased from 150% to 200% of distance flown.

What to do: Travelers crediting paid Aerolíneas Argentinas, Aeromexico, or LATAM flights to SkyMiles should check the new partner charts before booking, particularly on long-distance and premium-cabin itineraries.
