Unannounced award increases spread to mid- and lower-tier properties
Around March 9–10, 2026, Hilton raised standard award rates overnight and without announcement at numerous mid-tier and lower-tier properties, with documented increases starting around 5,000 points per night and reaching 30,000+ points at some hotels; date approximate. Unlike the 2025 rounds, top-tier properties were largely unchanged, and Hilton simultaneously walked back part of its earlier top-end increases. Hilton uses fully dynamic pricing with no published award chart, so changes surface only through member reports and independent confirmation.
What to do: Book Hilton awards when you see acceptable pricing; rates can change overnight without notice.
